Itinerary in detail
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! Your adventure begins in the vibrant city of Arusha, known as the gateway to Tanzania’s spectacular northern safari circuit. After your arrival, you'll be transferred to your accommodation, where you’ll relax and prepare for the exciting journey ahead. Enjoy exploring Arusha's lively markets and local cafes or simply rest and recover from your travels.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. This scenic park is renowned for its incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes, including lush forests, grassy floodplains, and alkaline lakes. Enjoy spotting elephants, giraffes, hippos, flamingos, and the park's famous tree-climbing lions. After an exhilarating day, you’ll head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Days 3–4: Serengeti National Park
Your safari continues into the world-famous Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for the annual Great Migration and its abundant wildlife. Spend two full days on exciting game drives, watching vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, lions, leopards, and more. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
